Job Summary
Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Front’s Copilot product embedded in the Inbox; drive end-to-end product development from problem definition through launch and iteration, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, data, sales, and other cross-functional partners. Use quantitative and qualitative data, market and user research, and strong product intuition to identify opportunities, prioritize impactful work, and deliver AI-enabled capabilities (summarize, prioritize, draft, classify, route, and learn) that enhance B2B customer workflows. Influence executives and stakeholders, maintain speed and quality, and translate customer needs into scalable, cohesive solutions that improve customer-facing interactions. 7+ years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment is required; strong design thinking, systems thinking, ownership mindset, customer empathy, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.
