Job Summary
Shape and deliver data and AI platforms that connect client business goals to modern data platforms, partnering with architects, engineers, and change leaders. Turn business objectives into clear requirements, user stories, and backlogs while leading agile planning and execution across cross-functional teams. Define and track KPIs to drive prioritization, ensuring quality and adoption through testing, validation, and stakeholder feedback. Communicate with technical and business stakeholders to surfacing risks early and align on decisions. Lead core product workstreams within broader engagements, managing day-to-day coordination and workstream-level stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product management for data, analytics, or AI platforms/products (consulting, SaaS, or enterprise)
- Hands-on exposure to modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/Azure/GCP) and strong data & AI literacy
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment and communicate clearly with client stakeholders
- Familiarity with data/AI architecture and governance, and experience in change-heavy transformations
- Proficiency with product/project management tools and openness to AI-enabled execution tooling
- Willingness to travel as required
- Significant experience owning end-to-end product outcomes for data/analytics/AI products
- Prior external consulting experience
- Recognized as a go-to SME; comfortable with executive-facing communication
