Job Summary
Lead the product work behind Lark's AI Coaching experience, driving the roadmap that turns member insights and behavior science into shipped features. Build guardrails and human-in-the-loop moments to ensure safety and trust while partnering with engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver actionable interventions. Run a sharp measurement practice using clean experiments and real evidence to guide decisions, while aligning closely with App and Enrollment teams on shared goals. Focus on shipping consumer products that improve member outcomes, specifically addressing the hardest problems in AI coaching like member trust and designing for unpredictable outputs.
Required Qualifications
- A track record of shipping consumer products people love, ideally on mobile
- Real product judgment
- Hands-on experience shipping AI or LLM-powered features
- Strong analytics and experimentation instincts
- A feel for behavior change and for the line between coaching and clinical care
- Experience with the Medicare or older-adult population, or in B2C health, wellness, or fitness
- Familiarity with responsible AI practices and the healthcare-specific questions that come with them
- Reside within the United States
