Job Summary
Senior Product Manager, AI Clinical Tools at Sprinter Health. Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-enabled clinical tooling to increase patient access and optimize clinician workflows. Own end-to-end product development across foundation models, agentic flows, and care-delivery orchestration, partnering with Sprinter Labs and frontline clinicians. Drive stakeholder engagement across patients, Sprinters, cross-functional teams, and partner clients; may grow into leadership roles. Hybrid work model with offices in San Francisco and Menlo Park, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong background in AI-driven product development or clinical tooling
- Experience deploying AI products, automation, or machine learning-driven solutions in healthcare, logistics, or operations-heavy environments
- Operational mindset with ability to optimize workflows across complex clinical workflows while balancing tech enablement, patient impact, and clinician satisfaction
- Robust experimentation and data-driven product development at scale (1-to-n)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to vision, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration
- Leadership potential or interest in team leadership opportunities
