Job Summary

Own the Brex Assistant end to end, setting product direction, strategy, and the roadmap for an AI agent that handles real-world expense, spend, and travel workflows. Define capabilities that take autonomous actions for users, translating messy financial processes into reliable agent behaviors. Invent the technical approach by designing evals, prompting strategies, and feedback loops to ensure the agent remains dependable as models shift. Get hands-on by prototyping, measuring outcomes, reading transcripts, and iterating quickly based on real usage data rather than assumptions. Talk to users constantly to validate what actually helps them, while setting and defending a high-quality bar for an agent operating in a trust-critical financial context. Partner closely with engineering, design, and research to ship features that strip friction from every card swipe.
