Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Agent Integrations at Datadog responsible for owning the roadmap for 100+ integrations inside the Datadog Agent, spanning foundational infrastructure (MySQL, Kafka, Kubernetes) to AI-native and on-premise technologies. Lead strategy for self-hosted AI workloads (LLM inference frameworks, AI agents, MCP servers, and model orchestration) and expand on-prem and hybrid coverage for storage systems, HPC schedulers, network devices, and legacy enterprise platforms. Define and drive monitoring strategies for ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS/Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics) and analyze adoption data to maintain a structured backlog across dozens of integrations. Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, PMM, Sales, and Technology Partner Managers on launches, GTM content, and customer design partnerships, while removing blockers to move integrations from scoping to GA. Communicate a clear vision for Datadog’s Integrations catalog and align with adjacent PM teams to support downstream products like NDM, AI Observability, Security, and CCM. This is a hybrid-work role based in New York, NY.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Product Manager with a Software, Solutions, or Systems Engineering background
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers or open-source technologies (e.g., MongoDB, Kafka, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL)
- Strong analytical, backlog-management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication across engineers, executives, and customers
- Ability to manage multiple integrations in parallel and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Interest in AI infrastructure and monitoring AI workloads and models
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and partner across teams
- Comfort translating customer feedback into product decisions
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Manager experience with a Software, Solutions, or Systems Engineering background

- Experience shipping on-premises and hybrid solutions
- Ability to translate customer feedback and adoption data into prioritized roadmaps
- Comfort presenting to executives and guiding cross-team discussions
- Knowledge of ERP monitoring (e.g., SAP, Oracle EBS/Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
- Strong project management discipline and ability to drive initiatives from scoping to GA
- Experience with GTM content and co-marketing engagements
