Senior Product Manager - Acquisition & CRO (W,M,D)

Senior Product Manager to own and scale acquisition and conversion rate optimization across the funnel—from first landing page visit to checkout and beyond. Lead CRO initiatives across the entire funnel (landing pages, onboarding flow, basket, checkout) and define product acquisition strategy, translating it into a roadmap. Design and run A/B tests with a structured experimentation framework, collaborating with Product, Growth, Design, and Engineering to drive revenue and improve user trust and experience. Bring deep expertise in CRO, e-commerce/D2C, and UX to create engaging experiences that convert, and develop compelling briefs to ensure efficient roadmap execution. Fluent English (German a plus). The role is based in Berlin, with a hybrid work model and an office in Kreuzberg.
