Senior Product Manager, AAA/Enterprise Growth

Senior Product Manager for Enterprise Growth at Datadog responsible for the Enterprise SKU lifecycle, pricing and packaging, and growth motions across AAA accounts. Own the P&L for the Enterprise SKU, drive design-partner programs, define Enterprise Readiness criteria (SSO/SCIM, granular RBAC, audit controls, data residency, private connectivity), map outbound communications surfaces, and build workflows that integrate Sales and Support touchpoints. Lead cross-functional collaboration with RevEng, Finance, Product Marketing, Sales Ops, and Engineering to accelerate GTM execution using AI-assisted workflows. Grow expansion ARR through testing, customer interviews, and willingness-to-pay data; create narratives, calculators, and enablement assets to position and adopt the Enterprise SKU. Requires 6–10 years of SaaS B2B PM experience, enterprise packaging/pricing/monetization experience, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/IT or equivalent (MBA is a plus). Hybrid work arrangement; compensation ranges from $192,000 to $240,000 annually, with benefits and equity as described.
