Job Summary
Define and champion the product vision for the Covenants squad, synthesizing insights from legal SMEs and customer feedback to craft clear problem statements and prioritize initiatives. Lead a dedicated engineering team to own the roadmap for AI-powered legal document extraction and covenant analysis, partnering with software engineers to establish evaluation frameworks for high-precision outputs. Drive discovery across credit analysts, portfolio managers, and law firms to identify novel workflow problems, while managing stakeholders to gather input and build relationships that empower the squad. Communicate complex legal and financial concepts to technical audiences and technical capabilities to legal professionals, ensuring all outputs meet strict accuracy and explainability standards required for professional use in global debt markets.
