Job Summary
Own the roadmap and lifecycle for a core software product area, focusing on integrations and API partnerships that drive quoting reach. Break down abstract business goals into actionable technical requirements and lead a dedicated engineering squad through agile delivery. Define success metrics and use data to proactively identify opportunities rather than waiting for business flags. Translate technical constraints to stakeholders while managing backlogs and ensuring output meets quality standards. Collaborate across Design, Marketing, Sales, and Service to align priorities, and actively participate in process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of direct experience managing digital products (Web, Mobile, or SaaS)
- Experience with integrations or API partnerships (comparative raters, national agency platforms)
- Experience in insurance or a regulated industry
- Experience managing backlogs, roadmaps, and planning
- Experience managing sprints and standups
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Presence to command a room and direct a team
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Must be located in AL, AK, AZ, AR, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, or WY
