Job Summary
Conceive, develop, and optimize software development and DevOps platforms with a focus on scalability and outcome-based services. Drive the active evolution of the service portfolio technically and commercially, identifying new services and differentiation points to implement with your teams. Manage your area's roadmap while monitoring costs, budgets, and priorities, and actively engage in delivery escalations. Lead team leads and architects, establishing clear structures, responsibilities, and decision-making pathways. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on Go-to-Market strategies, pitches, and pricing approaches, presenting services and leading workshops with technical depth. Starts at EUR 110,000 gross annually with a variable component. Full-time role in Graz.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität)
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im IT Bereich
- Container-Technologien
- CI/CD-Pipelines und DevOps-Toolchains
- Cloud-Plattformen und modernen Cloud-Architekturen
- NIS2 und relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen für Software- und Service-Unternehmen
- Public & Private KI-Modelle (LLMs) sowie AI-Agents
- technische Zusammenhänge verständlich erklären
- Sales-Gespräche fachlich unterstützen
- überzeugendem Auftreten bei Kundenpräsentationen
- gutes Zahlenverständnis
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
