Job Summary
Senior Product Line Manager for Nike Global Football Apparel Licensed (Clubs and Federations). Lead the product creation cycle, partner with Design, Tech Development, Merchandising, Operations, and Sports Marketing to drive strategy for Clubs, Federations, and Athletes. Build and maintain relationships with teams/leagues, translate consumer and marketplace insights into compelling product narratives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver retail assortments and line planning at the style/SKU level. Analyze bookings and sell-through by channel, country, GEO, and color; define and communicate a vision for product categories, guide costing and pricing decisions, and own initiatives from concept to sell-in. Travel internationally up to 10% and work with global markets to optimize product productivity and margins.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or suitable combination of education, experience, and training)
- 3+ years' experience in relevant product related roles
- Product Management and Merchandising skills and understanding of the product process
- Strong business orientation, analytical aptitude, and retail math
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate, negotiate and influence
- Strong global awareness with the ability to navigate international perspectives and cultural differences
- Experience with Keynote, Adobe Suite, PowerPoint and Excel
- Deep knowledge and understanding of athletes, marketplace and consumer landscape
- Ability to travel internationally up to 10%
