Job Summary
Own and lead the full product lifecycle, including product and category management, while defining and executing strategy aligned with company goals. Drive pricing, positioning, and portfolio optimization through robust reporting frameworks that leverage analytics to inform decision-making. Collaborate with Engineering and R&D to lead innovation projects, ensure technical feasibility, and support new product development initiatives. Lead quality control and inspection processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, while partnering closely with Sales and Marketing for go-to-market alignment. Build and mentor a high-performing product team, professionalizing the function using modern best practices and providing strategic oversight for project-based work.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on execution and customer outcomes
- Experience leading complex projects and product initiatives
- Bachelor's degree
- Engineering background or strong technical aptitude
- Experience in Quality Control & Inspection
