Job Summary
Lead discovery calls, project meetings, and configuration of NoahFace for direct customers while providing product training and technical support to partners. Demonstrate the technology platform, resolve live deployment issues, and offer strategic advice on meeting customer requirements. Rapidly become an expert on the platform to deliver world-class pre-sales and post-sales support. This role requires 5+ years in time tracking, payroll, or workforce management applications within a support or consulting environment, with a preference for Workday, Dayforce, or similar HRIS systems. Work independently from a US-PST remote location.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with time tracking, payroll, or Workforce Management applications
- 5+ years in a support, implementation or consulting environment
- Be extremely customer service oriented
- Be willing and able to work independently
- Be intelligent, motivated, and resourceful
- Be proficient with IT business interaction tools
- Remote (Work from Home) in US-PST
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of and experience with any of the following: Workday, Dayforce, UKG Pro, UKG Ready, isolved, SAP SuccessFactors, or Employment Hero
- iOS configuration and MDMs
- API technologies (eg: REST, Web Hooks, XML, JSON)
- CCPA and privacy law
