Job Summary
Build a world-class customer experience across the stack by shipping features in backend, web, infrastructure, and mobile. Bring AI into daily work by using assistants to build, sharing patterns, and prototyping new AI features that create magic. Own delivery end-to-end from problem identification through production, while managing on-call rotation and standing behind shipped code. Keep production fast and trusted by watching latency, hardening release processes, and protecting customer-reliant systems. Raise the bar for the team through architectural discussions and lifting people around you. Work full-time with three days on-site in London, requiring UK right to work without visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK
- Based in London
- 5+ years building production software
- Full-stack range
- Comfortable across backend, web, and infrastructure
- Confident with TypeScript, GraphQL, and SQL
- At home in NestJS (or a similar Node.js framework) and React
- Comfortable across GCP or a similar cloud, CI/CD, observability, and modern infrastructure tooling
- Use AI daily
- Think product, not just code
- Solid grasp of API design, observability, scaling, reliability, and security
- Clean APIs, attention to detail, and how the system feels to work in
- Comfortable in uncertainty
- Automated tests are how you ship code you trust
- Curiosity, energy, and a habit of moving things forward
- Clear in how you write and speak, and you love sharing what you learn
