Job Summary
As a Senior Product Engineer for Analog Devices, you will lead the development of RF/microwave designs in Communications, Test & Measurement Instrumentation, and Aerospace and Defense. Key responsibilities include conducting performance analysis and testing, providing product development expertise, leading qualification efforts, designing test hardware, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality. You will also mentor junior engineers and continuously improve product development processes. Candidates should have extensive experience in RF engineering, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in CAD tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of work experience
- Strong knowledge of RF engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CAD software (PCB layout tools, Cadence Allegro)
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience of using instruments in the lab
- Familiarity with the use of programming/scripting tools such as C programming, Python, LabVIEW
