Job Summary
Senior Product Engineer at NVIDIA responsible for leading the board team product management, including product yield management, drives and ensure product engineering implementation, maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new and existing products, product change control and build management, and failure debug/resolution over TOP issues. Review project design and manufacturing processes, identify risks, and develop solutions for GeForce, Quadro, and Tesla products. Drive manufacturing readiness and analyze extensive manufacturing data to improve product and manufacturing processes. Collaborate with global teams to ensure high quality, high yield, and cost-efficient product development across NVIDIA's GPU lines. Proficiency in English required; strong leadership, communication, and software skills (Python, PHP, Shell, Perl) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master in EE, CS, CE, System Engineering or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of proven experience in Server/board HW design, Power, DFX, and manufacturing-related activities
- In-depth understanding of Power, High-speed connector, Memory, HBM, SMT, Product Quality, Reliability, Advanced manufacturing, Automation and Agentic AI
- Strong problem-solving and debugging expertise
- Solid teamwork and proficiency in English
- Good software knowledge (Python, PHP, Shell, Perl, etc.)
