Job Summary
Senior Product Engineer role in Shenzhen focused on NVIDIA Interconnect products. Responsible for managing product engineering implementation and maintenance, driving yield management and methods/processes for new and existing products, implementing product change control and build management, resolving product failure issues, supervising quality/yield goals, and growing manufacturing-partner capabilities. Requires 5+ years in product development (AOC/Transceivers), hardware/software engineering in optical product development, experience with high-precision interconnects, strong data analytics, and cross-site collaboration; travel to various sites is expected. Proficiency in Linux and Python is advantageous; bilingual English/Chinese communication is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in EE, CE, Optoelectronic Science and Technology, Optical Information Science and Technology, or comparable experience
- 5+ years of proven experience in Product Development, particularly in AOC/Transceivers
- Experience in high-precision connector/interconnects build, manufacturing, and testing
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advanced data analytics tools
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-site and cross-cultural environment
- Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel to various sites
