Job Summary
Senior Product Engineer, Electrical for BW-DMS ECU development. Responsible for ECU hardware design, supplier collaboration, DVP testing, and supporting software teams (BSW/ASW) for embedded control units in electric drivetrain and AWD torque transfer systems. Leads customer engagements as the primary OEM contact, presents ECU design and system performance for new business opportunities, supports SOP activities at customers, investigates product/system issues, and represents the ECU development department within product teams. Requires strong troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration with multi-disciplined teams; frequent travel to customer sites. Key competencies include problem solving, interpersonal savvy, and drive for results.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required (Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience with automotive embedded electronic controller product development
- knowledge with ECU hardware and system design (Required)
- Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (required)
- Experience working with Vector CAN tools (required)
- Experience of working with customers (required)
