Must-have skills include strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in .NET, C#, Java or other strongly typed backend stacks, frontend familiarity (React preferred), excellent communication skills, product-driven mindset, and experience in fast-growing product companies. Bonus points for Azure, Kubernetes and Docker, distributed systems design, and domain knowledge in finance, credit, banking, or insurance.
