Job Summary
Senior Product Engineer to own product outcomes end-to-end in a high-impact AI-enabled public-safety platform. You’ll talk to customers (9-1-1 dispatchers and PSAP administrators), define roadmaps, prioritize work, and ship features across the platform—from AI call handling to dispatcher-facing tools and analytics. You’ll be the PM for your area, drive customer-focused decisions, visit dispatch centers to observe usage, and iterate rapidly based on real-world feedback. The role emphasizes product thinking first, engineering second, with 4+ years of software experience across frontend/backend, ownership of outcomes, and strong customer empathy. Office in Seattle; relocation assistance offered. Candidates should be prepared to own problems, engage with customers, and drive end-to-end product success.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience across frontend, backend, or full-stack
- Ability to understand customer problems and own product outcomes end-to-end
- Strong ownership and accountability for product outcomes
- Excellent communication and ability to talk to customers (e.g., dispatch centers, PSAP administrators)
- Willingness to visit customers and work with real users to inform product decisions
