Senior Product Engineer (all genders)

Build and ship end-to-end features across backend (Ruby on Rails) and frontend (React) while designing and implementing AI-driven product capabilities like agentic workflows. Work closely with customers to investigate and resolve user issues firsthand, taking ownership of features from idea to production and iteration. Improve system architecture, scalability, and maintainability while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and GTM to solve real logistics problems. Contribute to technical decisions and roadmap planning, supporting and unblocking other engineers to drive end-to-end product initiatives.
