Job Summary
Senior Product Engineer, Agentic AI at NVIDIA Vietnam VRDC leads product strategy and end-to-end development for agentic AI systems, translating early prototypes into scalable, production-grade products and shaping data ingestion, reasoning, orchestration, and action loops. You will own cross-functional collaboration with engineering, research, and infrastructure teams, define success metrics, and drive execution from concept to deployed platforms that power real-world AI workflows.
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related technical area (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of experience in product management, software development, or related roles
- Proven experience building and launching complex technical or AI-driven products
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, AI/ML platforms, or large-scale software systems
- Experience driving 0→1 initiatives and scaling products to production
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to influence without authority
- Experience building or productizing AI copilots, agents, or automation platforms
- Background as a software engineer or hands-on technical experience
- Experience scaling internal tools into production platforms
- Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks (accuracy, reliability, trust)
- Passion for building systems that combine AI, automation, and real-world impact
