Job Summary
Own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Payoneer's Core AI Platform, identifying opportunities to accelerate AI adoption across Product, Engineering, and Business. Shape the future of AI at Payoneer by acting as a thought leader in AI-native product development and company transformation. Build the platform infrastructure, governance, and evaluation frameworks while delivering the first generation of strategic AI-native solutions that establish reusable patterns. Partner closely with leaders across Data, Security, Architecture, and Business to enable AI capabilities and drive measurable adoption, engagement, and reuse. Define how the company leverages the evolving AI ecosystem through strategic build, buy, partner, and integrate decisions to create a trusted, enterprise-grade operating layer.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Product Management experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale platform products (AI, dev infra, or enterprise), including product strategy in highly technical environments
- Strong understanding of modern AI technologies, including LLMs, MCPs, AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG, and AI platform architectures
- Experience partnering closely, including hands on, with Engineering, Data, Infra, Security & Architecture orgs
- Demonstrated success driving adoption of platform capabilities and organizational change across complex, cross-functional organizations
- A product leader who sets multi-year platform direction and delivers against it
- A systems thinker who connects technology, product, and business strategy
- Able to influence senior stakeholders across large, matrixed organizations without direct authority and in ambiguous situations
- Focused on building platforms and reusable capabilities rather than point solutions
