Job Summary
Senior Product Development Specialist responsible for leading end-to-end product development initiatives from ideation through commercialization, developing data-driven sales forecasts and business cases, establishing pricing and positioning strategies, and driving product launches and lifecycle management. You will own the New Product Introduction roadmap, identify market opportunities through research and analytics, collaborate across Marketing, Sourcing, Quality, Operations, Sales, and Technical Support, and translate market insights into go-to-market strategies and product investments. Strong emphasis on strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and quantitative decision-making, with travel required and a hybrid in-office/remote schedule in Fall River, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product development, product management, brand management, category management, or a related discipline
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% (including occasional domestic and international travel)
