Job Summary
Design new linear actuators, verify them using Solidworks Simulation, and prototype all concepts with practical machinery. Create manufacturing documentation, source parts from local and overseas suppliers, and supervise purchasing, assembly, and quality control processes. Submit designs for certifications, produce technical datasheets and instruction manuals, and lead internal product education campaigns. Resolve and document product issues based on customer feedback and in-house testing while collaborating with the Marketing team to launch products.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Engineer designation in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and manufacturing
- Experience with linear actuators, motor control, and manufacturing
- Strong project management skills
- North American manufacturing standards and certification
- Microsoft office
- Solidworks

- Knowledge and fluency to coordinate with overseas manufacturing
