Job Summary
Senior Product Development Manager responsible for leading end-to-end technical product development across gloves, safety apparel, welding screens, packaging, and related PPE categories. Drive stage-gate innovation, manage cross-functional teams, coordinate with strategic sourcing and supplier resources, develop design specifications, packaging, and market-ready launches, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Lead market research, profitability analysis, pricing strategy, branding, and roll-out campaigns while maintaining brand equity and quality targets. Collaborate with Sales to grow the business, forecast needs, and support cost and quality targets through strong stakeholder relationships. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field, and PMP certification preferred; experience with overseas suppliers and PPE product development is highly valued. Excellent communication, leadership, and ability to navigate fast-paced, ambiguous environments are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline
- Certified Project Manager preferred
- Experience with overseas suppliers
- Product development experience in glove and garment personal protective equipment preferred
- Demonstrated experience with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
