Job Summary
Define and own the overarching product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Razer Fintech Digital Assets, spanning crypto infrastructure, payment rails, and wallet services. Prioritize a diverse portfolio while partnering with Engineering, Legal, and Compliance to translate strategy into shippable requirements that meet MAS licensing standards. Lead go-to-market collaboration for new digital asset launches and mentor embedded product managers across Southeast Asia. Track adoption, transaction volume, and revenue metrics to inform roadmap decisions and represent the product to external regulators and ecosystem players.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in product builder from Crypto to Stable coins in both issuing and acquiring
- 3+ years in a senior/leadership capacity owning multiple product lines or a product portfolio
- Experience in fintech, payments, eCommerce, or crypto/digital asset infrastructure
- Direct experience with stablecoins, tokenized assets, or crypto payment rails
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a regulated environment, partnering closely with Legal/Compliance/Risk/Operations/Information Security functions
- Strong technical fluency — comfortable working with Engineering on APIs, ledger/blockchain systems, digital wallet, Forex exchange, Currency swaps and infrastructure-level products
- Track record of shipping products end-to-end: from strategy and discovery through launch and post-launch iteration
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable defining and tracking product/business metrics
- Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to distill complex financial/technical concepts for varied audiences
- Prior experience managing or mentoring other PMs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with issuance of virtual credit peg to stable coins or payment systems
- Understanding of stablecoin reserve mechanics, custody models, or digital asset licensing regimes
- Existing network within Southeast Asia's fintech, Block Chain, Stable coin, or crypto ecosystem
- Genuine interest in gaming, gaming communities, or youth/millennial digital finance
