Job Summary
Own product lines from concept through launch and ongoing optimization; identify market opportunities and new product ideas; manage product specifications, sourcing, factory communication, and production timelines; analyze product performance, margins, pricing, and profitability; work closely with operations, supply chain, marketing, and sales teams; develop and manage SKU roadmaps and product pipelines; negotiate with suppliers and oversee manufacturing partnerships; drive continuous improvements to product quality, costs, and performance; monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback; take ownership of product line P&L and growth initiatives; leverage data-driven analysis to identify winning products.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product development, product management, merchandising, or category management experience
- Experience developing physical consumer products
- Experience working with overseas factories and suppliers
- Understanding of BOMs, landed cost calculations, pricing, and margins
- Proven history of bringing products from concept to successful launch
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
