Job Summary
Senior Product Development Engineer in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, to lead complex product/process optimization and act as the technical authority for GRE pipe and fitting manufacturing. Drives cross-functional initiatives with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain, mentors junior engineers, and maintains a strong focus on operational excellence through 40–50% shop floor engagement. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing manufacturing processes using advanced engineering principles and data-driven methodologies, establishing process control strategies, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions, guiding capital projects and new production lines, and improving productivity, cost, and quality across manufacturing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Composite Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 to 10 years in fiberglass piping system manufacturing, process engineering, or advanced manufacturing environments
- Fluent in English with exceptional technical writing and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
