Job Summary
The Senior Product Development Analyst will support the term life insurance line of business, including all functions related to product development and pricing, analyzing data, creating management reports, assisting in product implementations and testing, and providing product support. Responsibilities include conducting market research, supporting product development, pricing analysis, and implementation. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with Spanish proficiency. A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field and 5+ years of relevant experience are mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience in product development or life insurance
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field, such as Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business or Economics
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
Desired Qualifications
- Credit for Actuarial Exams is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and SQL
- Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
