Job Summary
Senior Product Developer in the Lifestore category for a 12-month maternity-leave cover at Typo (Cotton On group). You will support and assist the team to deliver products that align with the Typo lifestyle and brand vision, collaborate with suppliers and specialists to ensure products meet customer expectations and ethical frameworks, manage product expectations and schedules, review samples, and lead/coach the team with a high level of attention to detail. Requires degree in Fashion/Textiles, senior-product development experience, leadership ability, strong technical specification and fittings know-how, stakeholder communication, planning, and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator. Required Qualifications
- Degree / qualification in relevant field Production i.e. Fashion, Textiles
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Senior Product Developer role, with the ability to lead and coach a team
- Proven ability with technical specifications and fittings
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders with confidence
- Strong organisation, planning and time management skills
- Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand
- Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Illustrator.
