Job Summary
Senior Product Designer at Ziflow shaping multiple areas of the product by partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to translate complex goals into intuitive, scalable designs. Responsible for prototyping, user interviews, building design systems, and collaborating cross-functionally to embed design thinking early in product development. Lead from concept to delivery with a focus on user-centered design, balancing user needs with business objectives, and communicating design strategy to leadership and stakeholders. Keep up-to-date with design trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of UI/UX innovation. Lead multiple projects to delivery deadlines and contribute to cohesive workflows across product offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field
- 5+ years of commercial experience as a Product Designer for B2B SaaS
- Strong creative and conceptual skills
- Strong user experience design skills
- Experience working within Agile or Scrum software development environments
- Preference for experience in creative operations space with PM experience for PM, DAM, or Creative Automation
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with AI prototyping tools such as v0, Lovable, Figma Make, etc.
