Senior Product Designer

Job Summary
Design end-to-end experiences across XR headset, web platform, and supporting mobile tools, leading complex features from discovery through delivery. Translate complex construction workflows into intuitive, effective tools by exploring spatial interaction patterns and designing dashboards, data visualizations, and collaboration features. Use research and testing to validate solutions in real-world environments while leveraging AI tools for prototyping, research synthesis, and ideation. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Hardware teams to define interaction paradigms and apply spatial computing and AI in practice.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience designing digital products in cross-functional teams, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
- Excellent UI and interaction design skills, with experience across multi-device products and design systems.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping methods.
- Hands-on use of AI tools in your day-to-day design workflow, with good judgement about where they add and don't add value.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in XR / AR / spatial design — desirable but not required.
- Background in B2B, SaaS, or data-heavy products; familiarity with construction, BIM, or CAD tools.
- Experience designing AI-powered product features (assistants, automation, ML-driven UX) or AI-assisted prototyping tools (e.g. Cursor, v0, Claude).
