Senior Product Designer - WFH

Job Summary
Lead Product Designer responsible for end-to-end enterprise fintech/HRMS design, leading a small design team while remaining hands-on. Own the ListoGlobal design system in Figma, drive user research (interviews, usability testing, journey mapping), and partner with Product and Engineering to define, prioritize, and deliver features with high design quality. Establish and uphold design standards, accessibility, and consistency across web-based SaaS platforms; present work to executive leadership and ensure scalable design documentation and developer handoff. Requires strong Figma skills, user-research capability, and effective remote collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Proven experience designing complex, data-dense enterprise or fintech interfaces
- Proven experience leading a small design team while remaining hands-on in the work
- Expert Figma proficiency, components, variables, prototyping, and design system management
- Strong user research and synthesis skills
- Clear communicator; able to articulate design rationale to technical and non-technical audiences
- Self-directed and effective working fully remotely
