Job Summary
Own and drive user experience across key product areas, from early concept through to delivery and iteration. Translate complex scientific workflows and data models into clear, intuitive, and scalable user experiences. Create and communicate design solutions through user journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes, leveraging AI tools in your design workflow. Use research and data to inform decisions, evolving our design system while collaborating deeply with cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is carried through into implementation. Present and defend design decisions with clarity and confidence to stakeholders, actively participating in design critiques to raise the bar through thoughtful feedback.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years' experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer
- strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end impact
- Proven ability to own complex problem spaces

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
