Senior Product Designer

Job Summary
Senior Product Designer to shape the user experience across Tempo’s product suite. You will own end-to-end design for complex features and product areas, collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Research to translate problems into intuitive, scalable solutions. Drive design strategy, contribute to and evolve the design system, and mentor others while applying AI tools to accelerate outcomes. You’ll influence cross-functional partners, balance business and user outcomes, and ensure accessibility and consistency across SaaS offerings. Remote-first environment with opportunities to work with globally distributed teams and enterprise customers; proficiency with Figma and experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) are a plus. The role requires 5+ years of product design experience in B2B/SaaS, a strong portfolio, and a demonstrated ability to ship high-quality design at scale.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years as a Product Designer on complex B2B or SaaS products
- portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving and execution at scale
- strong skills in UI design, visual design, and information architecture
- ability to connect design decisions to business and user outcomes
- collaboration and influence with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering)
- autonomy to drive strategy and execution with ambiguity
- experience with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) as a plus
- AI fluency and applying AI tools with good judgment across the design process
