Job Summary
Senior Product Designer to craft intuitive, trustworthy, human-centered experiences for AI-driven products. Lead end-to-end design from discovery to polished UI and developer-ready specs, translate AI model behaviors into understandable interactions, and contribute to design systems for AI components (e.g., chat interfaces, generative visualizations). Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams; run or support user research and usability testing; partner with engineering to deliver high-quality implementations and refine interactions post-launch. Hybrid work arrangement in Pasadena, CA; 120k–155k USD salary range.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Interaction Design
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work, systems design, dashboards, or AI/ML interfaces
- Experience with building Figma design systems and components
- Familiar with AI-assisted design tools for prototyping and production, such as Claude Design, Figma Make, and Cursor
- Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and how to simplify complex information
- High craft in visual/UI design—clean layouts, thoughtful typography, and an eye for detail
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work autonomously while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
