Senior Product Designer

Job Summary
Design end-to-end workflows and user experiences for STX's internal trading, operations, and settlement platforms. Partner closely with traders, operations teams, product managers, and engineers to translate complex business processes into intuitive solutions. Lead user discovery, research, and testing activities to validate problems and ensure solutions are effective across multiple commodities and operational processes. Contribute hands-on to UX and UI design while evolving a scalable design approach across the product landscape. This role supports the Product & Technology team's transformation of the trading business, enabling scaling across new markets and products.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Design experience
- Strong UX and UI design skills
- Proven ability to design complex end-to-end user journeys, workflows, and systems
- Experience independently driving discovery, research, stakeholder engagement, and user testing
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset
- The ability to balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution
