Job Summary
Senior Product Designer at StudyGo within Futurewhiz (Amsterdam, hybrid) shaping the end-to-end StudyGo experience for hundreds of thousands of learners. You will guide the product from problem definition through validation to design and implementation, lead and coach other designers, and ensure quality and cohesion across journeys, features, and releases. The role requires using research, prototyping, and data-driven decision making to design user journeys, interactions, and AI-driven learning experiences, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including Product, Marketing, Engineering, Education, Data, and Design. You’ll be part of a design guild and help advance design practices within Futurewhiz, Squla, and StudyGo, with a focus on digital learning products for students and learners, and driving impact through well-supported product decisions. You’ll also work to align StudyGo’s learning experiences with student needs, motivation, and goals, leveraging AI and experimentation to improve outcomes, and coach other designers to grow.”,
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years experience as Product Designer, UX Designer or UX/UI Designer
- Experience with designing large-scale consumer digital products
- Strong portfolio showing direction given to product development
- Proficient in full design process from discovery to implementation
- Ability to translate complex problems into clear design choices
- Experience with user research, experimentation and data-driven decision making
- Strong stakeholder communication and ownership of design quality
- Experience with AI-tools in daily work and exploring AI opportunities for students
