Job Summary
Design end-to-end trading and investment interfaces for TradFi and real-world assets across mobile and web platforms to increase customer engagement and monetization. Translate dense financial mechanics, including margin trading and automated recurring investments, into accessible journeys that educate novice and experienced investors. Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to diagnose funnel bottlenecks, validate hypotheses, and improve KPIs like trading conversion and drop-off rates. Partner directly with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal teams in a regulated environment to shape the product roadmap and ensure feasible, compliant feature implementations.
Required Qualifications
- A strong background in Product/UX/UI Design
- Mandatory experience designing for complex fintech, brokerage, trading, or wealth management ecosystems
- Exceptional proficiency in Figma
- Rapid prototyping
- Interaction design
- A proven ability to untangle data-heavy interfaces and intricate workflows into clean, elegant systems
- Behavioral analytics
- A/B testing
- Funnel metrics
- A proven track record of thriving in fast-moving, highly regulated environments
- Ability to successfully negotiate solutions that satisfy strict Risk and Compliance requirements without compromising the end-user experience
