Job Summary
Design end-to-end trading and investment interfaces for TradFi and real-world assets across mobile and web, translating dense financial mechanics like margin trading and recurring investments into accessible, low-friction journeys. Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to diagnose funnel bottlenecks, validate product hypotheses, and continuously improve KPIs such as trading conversion and drop-off rates. Partner directly with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Legal teams to shape the product roadmap, validate customer problems, and ensure feasible, compliant feature implementations within a fast-moving, regulated environment.
Required Qualifications
- A strong background in Product/UX/UI Design
- Mandatory experience designing for complex fintech, brokerage, trading, or wealth management ecosystems
- Exceptional proficiency in Figma
- Proven ability to untangle data-heavy interfaces and intricate workflows into clean, elegant systems
- Experience with behavioral analytics, A/B testing, and funnel metrics
- A proven track record of thriving in fast-moving, highly regulated environments
- Ability to successfully negotiate solutions that satisfy strict Risk and Compliance requirements
- High customer empathy
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
