Senior Product Designer, Safety

Create clear, compelling experiences that help users understand safety policies and processes across the Roblox platform. Design accessible, age-appropriate journeys for diverse audiences including young users, teens, adults, brands, and developers. Collaborate with the Foundation Design Systems team to develop scalable, reusable patterns and partner cross-functionally with policy, product, and engineering teams to ensure strategic alignment. Use data, research, and experimentation to inform design decisions that improve reform outcomes and guide users toward safe, civil behavior. Help define the UX strategy and roadmap for flagship safety experiences while balancing business objectives, user needs, and technical constraints. This role supports the safety organization's mission to detect, remove, and prevent problematic content at scale, working within a multidisciplinary environment to uphold community standards across the entire ecosystem.
