Job Summary
Senior Product Designer at Robinhood Markets, Inc. based in Menlo Park, CA with in-person attendance expected at least three days per week. You will shape vision and execution across strategic initiatives, lead end-to-end digital product design for financial platforms, drive design systems and component libraries for scalable UX, facilitate critiques, and translate complex business/technical requirements into intuitive UI/UX solutions. Candidates should bring a Bachelor’s degree in design-related fields and five years of experience, plus hands-on experience with GoLang, Python or Scala, Kubernetes and Docker, AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation), monitoring/observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog), CI/CD tooling (Buildkite/Jenkins/GitHub Actions), databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, DynamoDB), and stream technologies (Kafka/Kinesis). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field (or foreign equivalent)
- Five years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or related occupation
- GoLang, Python, or Scala
- Kubernetes and Docker
- EC2, S3, IAM, and VPC
- Terraform and CloudFormation
- Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
- Buildkite, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
- PostgreSQL, Redis, and DynamoDB
