Job Summary
The Senior Product Designer at Relay will own the end-to-end design process, including discovery, prototyping, and creating production-ready designs that impact small business banking. This role requires a strong visual sensibility, experience with SaaS products, and the ability to simplify complex systems. Designers will actively participate in feedback sessions, mentor peers, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. The position offers autonomy in design initiatives and collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve the product experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Strong visual sensibility paired with thoughtful UX design
- Experience in end-to-end design process
- Advocate for design principles
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly
- Experience experimenting with AI tools for prototyping
Desired Qualifications
- Experience designing SaaS based products
- Working knowledge of front-end development, motion design, or illustration
- Experience in fintech or complex system domains
- Mentoring or coaching experience
