Job Summary
Senior Product Designer for Private Bank Digital with hands-on UX/UI execution, delivering user-centered design assets, prototypes, and specifications. Collaborates across product managers, engineers, researchers, content strategists, and designers to translate complex financial journeys into intuitive digital experiences. Drives consistency and innovation through existing and emerging design systems, champions accessibility and inclusive practices, and applies AI and industry trends to keep private banking products at the forefront of digital finance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent practical experience
- 7+ years of experience in experience or product design
- Experience designing for consumer or financial services settings or regulated, data-dense industry
- Experience designing for complex authenticated digital environments (secure client portals, dashboards, or login-protected spaces)
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to influence and inspire
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with product managers and leadership
- Expertise in Figma and usability testing
