Senior Product Designer

Job Summary
Senior Product Designer responsible for end-to-end ownership of core product areas, including giving flows, the Tap product-led growth motion, payment experiences, and the client dashboard and reporting. You will join a small, senior design team as the third designer, collaborating with engineering and product to translate complex financial workflows into intuitive, trustworthy experiences. You will move from sketches to interactive prototypes to production-ready designs, help shape design systems and guidelines for a fast-growing team, and lead lightweight, self-serve research with churches and nonprofits to validate direction. You will participate in critiques, present to product leadership, and contribute to roadmap and strategy with a user-grounded perspective. Proficiency in prototyping (Figma) and a strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and craft are essential, as is experience shipping end-to-end solutions in a B2B/SaaS/fintech context.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of product design experience, shipping end-to-end products across mobile and desktop
- Portfolio showing strong product thinking and visual/interaction craft
- Experience designing complex systems and flows (B2B, SaaS, fintech or similar)
- Comfort owning ambiguity and working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in prototyping (Figma required) and interactive designs
- Clear communication and storytelling to align engineers, PMs, and leadership
- Collaborative, low-ego approach and receptiveness to feedback
