Job Summary
Senior Product Designer at Omada Health will design human-centered experiences for health programs, tackle 0 to 1 problems from concept to shipped experiences, frame problems across member and care-team journeys, drive end-to-end design processes, and deliver consumer-grade mobile experiences (iOS and Android). You will partner with product, engineering, clinical, and research teams to translate business strategy and clinical insights into compelling product opportunities, contribute to design systems and processes, and design AI-enabled experiences, using AI tools to accelerate design workflow. The role requires 6+ years of product-design experience, health/behavior-change domain experience, strong user-research grounding, and a proven ability to ship high-quality digital products across mobile platforms. Remote-first culture with global collaboration and impact on health outcomes is emphasized, along with a equity- and inclusion-focused environment.

- A strong bias toward making, with prototyping to explore ideas, test hypotheses, and drive decisions
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems
- Experience designing AI-powered products
- Experience using AI tools as part of your design workflow to explore ideas, prototype, and build (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across teams
- Bonus: experience designing clinical, care delivery, or chronic condition management experiences
- Bonus: comfortable running your own user research, including interviews and synthesis
