Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designer to own product design across multiple workstreams within a cross-functional pod. Design for a multi-persona platform serving internal and external users who build healthcare workflows, operators who run them, and patients and staff who experience them. Deliver concepts to shipped products using workflow diagrams, Figma mockups, and design-in-code prototypes when appropriate. Shape what gets built, how it’s used, and how it looks; partner with product and engineering to plan, sequence, validate, and iterate; design across product surfaces and states; communicate design decisions and tradeoffs to cross-functional partners; contribute to and evolve design systems, tools, and processes; explore new ways of working to help the team learn faster and ship better.
