Job Summary
Lead multiple high-scope projects by collaborating with business strategy, product, data, and engineering teams to run and execute initiatives from design through implementation. Independently manage cross-team efforts while identifying solutions for ambiguous problems and creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate concepts. Communicate progress to stakeholders, solicit peer feedback, and deliver optimized end-to-end user journeys for Ouro customers. Apply expert Figma prototyping skills to frame product opportunities and explore multiple solutions, ensuring high visual polish and efficient UX problem-solving for complex journeys.
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 8+ years of experience designing and shipping products and features from inception to launch
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desire to learn and grow into more responsibilities, such as mentorship, strategy, and elevating the team's overall design thinking and craftsmanship
- Expertise in Figma
- Advanced Prototyping skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with B2C products
- Expertise in iOS and Android
- Experience with data-driven design, and Design Thinking processes
- Experience with user testing and running basic usability studies
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies
